RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
- If something gets lost or broken in transit, we either refund or reship the said items.
- To claim any replacement or refund please make the parcel opening video of item.

- We accept returns within 1 day after the reception on Damaged Goods.
- Gift Vouchers and discounted products cannot be refunded.
- The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- We do not accept returns on customized items or items on sale.
- Return your item(s) unworn, unused and in the original packaging.
- If an item cannot be replaced, We will refund the price for the items and the shipping upon receipt of the items. (Till the item reach back to us, it’s your responsibility and we will not refund you if they get lost in transit.) .
- Upgraded shipping charges will not be refunded.
- There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
- In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items twice. In case the delivery is not executed during all three attempts, due to the recipient not being available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
